Marshad Al Marshad Set to Compete in Kuwait’s Premier E-Sim Racing Competition
Kuwait City, Kuwait – Rising motorsport talent Marshad Al Marshad has confirmed his participation in the highly anticipated E-Sim Racing competition hosted by Gamehex in Kuwait, an event set to bring together some of the Middle East’s top sim racers.
Speaking ahead of the race, Marshad expressed his excitement:
“First of all, I am really looking forward to displaying my potential and racing skills in this race. Competition is what I’m looking forward to, and I hope to find exactly that here.”
Marshad praised the unique opportunity the event offers, highlighting how rare sim racing competitions are in Kuwait.
“What I truly admire about sim racing is that it’s the closest experience you can get to real-life racing, and that is what I’m aiming for. It’s very rare to stumble upon a sim racing event in Kuwait. I am impressed with what Gamehex is offering and I hope to see more of this in the future. What makes this race stand out is that it includes top drivers from across the Middle East, creating a truly competitive environment.”
Preparation for the competition has been rigorous, with Marshad dedicating countless hours behind the simulator.
“There was no motivation needed to join this race — once I saw it, I wanted in. The key for preparing for these types of races is non-stop practice, hours and hours on the simulator just seeking that limit. No one has the ability to race and practice at home for real-life races, which is where sim racing comes in handy.”
Beyond the competition, Marshad emphasized the broader impact of sim racing on the region.
“This competition is here not only to pull out the potential and skills of drivers in the Middle East, but also to inspire the next generation of young racers. Since there is no age limit, all you need is talent. I really hope this race catches the attention of motorsport companies and investors so they can support racing in Kuwait.”
Reflecting on his personal journey, Marshad shared:
“I did not have the proper financial support throughout my racing career. Sim racing is what made me a better driver, and it can also reveal the skills of young drivers too.”
With a message to fans, Marshad added:
“A vital message would be to just sit down, get your popcorn, and tune in for what I have to show.”
The E-Sim Racing competition in Kuwait represents a growing recognition of digital motorsport as a legitimate pathway for developing racing talent. With Marshad on the grid, fans can expect fierce competition, passion, and the same determination he brings to every race.
