Beult Officially Incorporated in Estonia: A New Chapter in Our Global Journey

Beult OÜ is proud to announce that we are now officially incorporated in Estonia — marking a major step in our evolution from a growing motorsport initiative into a structured, internationally recognized company.

This move isn’t just a matter of formality; it’s a reflection of our global ambitions, our drive for transparency, and our belief in building a business that’s as fast, flexible, and innovative as the sport we represent.

“When we started Beult, it was just an idea — a passion to help young drivers get noticed, find support, and build careers in motorsport. But as we grew, it became clear that Beult needed a stronger structure to match our vision,” said Abdulla Al Wazzan, Director of Beult. “Estonia offered exactly that — a digital-first system, a gateway to Europe, and a way for us to manage operations efficiently from anywhere in the world.”

Why Estonia?

The decision to incorporate in Estonia was both strategic and symbolic. Known globally for its e-Residency program, Estonia allows entrepreneurs from around the world to establish and manage EU-based companies entirely online.

For Beult, which already operates across Kuwait, the United Kingdom, and the broader European motorsport scene, Estonia was the logical next step.

“We wanted Beult to operate on a level playing field with the world’s best — not just in racing, but in business,” Abdulla explained. “Estonia gave us the chance to run a company that’s globally compliant, digitally accessible, and connected to the European Union market. It’s about being ready for scale — both for our drivers and our brand.”

Through this incorporation, Beult gains access to a secure and transparent corporate framework, enabling smoother collaborations with partners, sponsors, and institutions across Europe. The country’s digital governance, low bureaucracy, and strong business infrastructure align with Beult’s own values of efficiency, innovation, and accessibility.

Building Beult Beyond Borders

Beult began with a simple yet powerful mission: to create real pathways for young and ambitious drivers in the Middle East. What started in Kuwait has now evolved into a multi-layered organization spanning motorsport talent management, brand partnerships, and driver development programs across several regions.

The incorporation of Beult OÜ marks the beginning of a new operational era — one where the company’s vision of building a truly global motorsport ecosystem becomes more attainable.

“Motorsport is international by nature — a driver in Kuwait can be competing in Spain, sponsored by a UK brand, and training with a Finnish coach,” Abdulla noted. “We needed a structure that reflects that level of fluidity and ambition. Estonia gives us that freedom. We can manage our contracts, banking, and compliance all online, without being limited by location.”

A Step Towards Professionalization

By moving under the Estonian corporate umbrella, Beult also gains access to EU-level credibility, fintech compatibility, and the ability to attract international investors and partners.

For Abdulla, the move represents more than just administration — it’s about setting a new standard for how motorsport businesses from the Gulf region can operate globally.

“I wanted Beult to show that you can build something serious from Kuwait — something structured, compliant, and ready to stand beside international organizations,” he said. “This incorporation is about professionalism. It’s about proving that Gulf talent and Gulf-led companies can compete at the highest level of motorsport management.”

The new Estonian registration will also support Beult’s ongoing partnerships, including collaborations with karting academies, sim racing programs, and driver development platforms across Europe and the Middle East.

Looking Ahead

As Beult transitions into its next stage, new opportunities are already on the horizon. Plans are underway to expand driver scouting programs, develop digital athlete profiles, and strengthen Beult’s footprint in both real-world racing and sim racing ecosystems.

The company also aims to integrate new technology into driver management — from data tracking and performance analytics to brand-building support for athletes.

“We’re not just a talent agency,” Abdulla emphasized. “We’re building a platform that connects passion with opportunity. Whether it’s a 14-year-old karting driver or a professional GT racer, Beult exists to make sure talent never goes unnoticed.”

A Message from the Director

Reflecting on Beult’s journey from an idea in Kuwait to an officially registered company in Estonia, Abdulla shared:

“This is more than a milestone — it’s a reminder that every dream starts small. What began as a conversation between friends who love motorsport has turned into a company with international recognition and global potential.

We’re building something long-term — not just for today’s drivers, but for the future of motorsport in the region. Beult’s incorporation in Estonia is a statement that we’re here to stay, and we’re here to compete globally.”
